Rose City Cheese Dip
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease an 8" spring form pan or baking dish with Creede Olive Oil's Fresh Garlic Extra Virgin Olive Oil. In a bowl, mix 16 oz softened cream cheese, 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese and 2 eggs. Pour mixture into prepared baking dish and bake for 30-40 minutes or until edges are browned. Remove from the oven and glaze top with 2 tablespoons of Rage N' Red Jalapeño Pepper Jelly. Serve warm with crackers and enjoy!
