This oil is sourced from Chile and exhibits a buttery, fruity aroma with smooth mild flavor and a pleasant bitter sensation on the tongue.

Koroneiki olives were hand picked in the Peloponnese region of Greece and cold pressed to produce this fabulous oil. Some say this is the crown jewel of Greek extra virgin olive oils. Loaded with flavor, it is often used in recipes for chicken or lamb. Perfect for dipping bread and as dressing for salads. Acidity is less than .04%.

Hojiblanca literally translated means "white leaf" in Spanish - which comes from the white coloring on the underside of the leaves. These large olives are popular as table olives and make a tasty olive oil due to the high levels of fatty acid and linoleic acid.
Tasting attributes: Starts slightly sweet, with a slight bitter taste of unripe fruit and then finishing with a peppery almond aftertaste. It has a lively and fresh aroma

The Manzanillo olive showcases very green fruit and produces a fantastic balance between sweet fruit aromas of strawberry with green tropical fruit of melon, along with some fresh grass. It ranges from peppery, bitter and sweet, all at the same time. Manzanillo has origins in Israel (and Spain), but currently it is the most planted variety in Australian olive groves due to its high productivity rate and high quality fruit. This particular vintage of Australian Manzanillo falls into the robust category – complex artichoke savory nose, tomato leaf flavor with complementary bitterness and lingering pepperiness.
