Koroneiki olives were hand picked in the Peloponnese region of Greece and cold pressed to produce this fabulous oil. Some say this is the crown jewel of Greek extra virgin olive oils. Hojiblanca literally translated means "white leaf" in Spanish - which comes from the white coloring on the underside of the leaves. These large olives are popular as table olives and make a tasty olive oil due to the high levels of fatty acid and linoleic acid.

The Nocellara olive is an cultivar originating from the Valle del Belice area of south-western Sicily. When this olive is used as a table olive, it is known as Castelvetrano. The olives are large and green with a mild and buttery flavor.
This Nocellara Extra Virgin Olive Oil is complex with herbal understones, such as fresh herbs or artichoke leaves. This EVOO provides a mild bitterness but is very well-rounded in its flavor profile.
