Roasted Balsamic Green Beans
ROASTED BALSAMIC GREEN BEANS
Featured Oil: Mushroom Lovers Extra Virgin Olive Oil (or sub with Roasted Garlic Extra Virgin Olive Oil for the garlic lover!)
Featured Vinegar: Zesty Lemon 18-Year Aged Dark Balsamic
1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a large, rimmed baking sheet with foil.2. In the prepared pan, toss together:

- 1 pound trimmed fresh green beans (about 8 cups)
- 2 medium shallots, sliced
- 2 Tablespoons Mushroom Lovers Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon fresh cracked pepper
3. Roast until tender - about 15 to 18 minutes. Remove from oven and drizzle with:

- 1/4 cup finely grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
