Local Award-Winning Mango Salsa

Mango Salsa

In a large bowl, mix together the following:
  • 3 ripe mangos, diced
  • 1 medium red bell pepper, diced
  • 1/2 cup red onion, diced
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1 jalapeno, seeded and minced
  • 1 large lime, juiced (about 1/4 cup)
  • 1/4 tsp salt, to taste
  • 3 TBS Mesquite Habanero 12-Year Aged White Balsamic, to taste
Don't have time for all the chopping? Throw the fruit and veggies into a food processor and pulse to the desired consistency - just be cautious of larger chunks of jalapenos!
Enjoy with salty tortilla chips immediately or let the salsa sit in the fridge overnight and enjoy over fish tacos for lunch the next day!
