Excellent as a dry rub on salmon, chicken, or pork. Slightly spicy with a lot of rich molasses flavor.

Ingredients: Hand blended from granulated molasses, demerara sugar, orange zest, hickory smoked sea salt, garlic, onion, chipotle, paprika and red bell pepper.
