The Arbequina olive may be a small olive but it's big in flavor. With its origin in Catalonia, Spain, the Arbequina olive is a hearty varietal and harvested early. This oil is sourced from Chile and exhibits a buttery, fruity aroma with smooth mild flavor and a pleasant bitter sensation on the tongue.

This blend of extra virgin olive oil is from Argentina, and it exhibits a very smooth flavor. It contains 410 mg/kg of polyphenols. This varietal blend EVOO would be easy to work with in almost any instance due to its mellow flavor profile. It has light pepper and grass, with a buttery finish.
