Carefully mixed from garlic, onion, paprika, lemon, coriander, hot cayenne, white pepper, basil, lemongrass and cilantro. Best of all it's salt free! On a scale of 1–10, 10 being the hottest, we'd say this is a 3–4. Use a little less for a nice, mild dish. This works well on chicken and fish, too!
For a quick sauce, add one tablespoon to a blender with a can of coconut milk, two tablespoons fresh cilantro, 1/4 cup of rice wine vinegar, a squeeze of lime juice, and 1/2 cup of peanut butter or other nut butter; a tablespoon of freshly grated ginger is a delicious addition, too. Blend well and add to soups or to skillet stir fry.
If using in a basic stir fry, add a little coconut milk and it creates a fabulous sauce.
