This oil is sourced from Chile and exhibits a buttery, fruity aroma with smooth mild flavor and a pleasant bitter sensation on the tongue.
The Arbosana varietal is the second largest produced olive in California. This oil showcases a mild-to-medium intensity with a fresh fruity nose. Lightly reminiscent of buttery artichoke with a slight peppery finish, this would be a nice finishing oil with notes of green tomato.
