To make a classic bread seasoning dip, mix 1 tablespoon of An Evening in Tuscany with 1/2 cup of your favorite olive oil. Also great as a dry rub on fish or grilled veggies. For a quick sauce, add one tablespoon to a blender with a can of coconut milk, two tablespoons fresh cilantro, 1/4 cup of rice wine vinegar, a squeeze of lime juice, and 1/2 cup of peanut butter or other nut butter; a tablespoon of freshly grated ginger is a delicious addition, too. Blend well and add to soups or to skillet stir fry.
